With so much information now available on employer engagement, teachers and career professionals have told us that they often find it hard to work out which activities have the maximum impact. Our Charity, Education and Employers, which runs Inspiring the Future and its Primary Futures and Inspiring Women Campaigns has undertaken its own extensive research and studied hundreds of academics reports. Using this we have come up with six top-tips to help you make the most out of employer engagement activities – see our blog post here and watch a short clip by our Director of Research and Policy Dr Anthony Mann here.
Also we recently published research which shows that young people who attend career talks with outside speakers can earn £2,000 more later in life! The findings were recently featured on BBC news. Read a summary of the findings here and watch a short clip of the author explaining the study here.
You can access our free research library which you can search for free here.
