The ASK Project Coordinators work together as part of the Inspiring the Future Schools Engagement Team delivering the project across London and the South. This is our second year of delivering the project and we have ambitious targets to reach over 1,000 schools, teachers and parents; and 75,000 young people. This is a fantastic time to join the team and ultimately support the charity in its aims of ensuring young people have access to a broad range of information about future careers and pathways to access them.
The ASK Project Regional Coordinator will be home based with regular travel to schools and colleges within the allocated region and occasional meetings at the charity’s office in central London. Working with schools and colleges, the successful candidate will be responsible for targets within their region, managing the relationship with schools and delivering in school sessions to young people aged 15-18, teachers and parents to raise awareness of apprenticeships. The role will by its nature, involve extensive travel across the region. Therefore, access to a car/public transport is essential. Regular face to face team meetings either in London or another convenient location will be a requirement, in addition to joining weekly team calls. The ASK Project Regional Coordinator will make effective daily use of our Customer Relationship Management system (based on Salesforce technology) to manage data and delivery.
We are seeking a driven, highly capable and enthusiastic Regional Coordinator who can deliver engaging presentations, manage relationships at varying levels and work efficiently to support the achievement of key targets. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, experience in successful relationship management and with strong organisational and administrative skills.
