On 16 June the Education and Employers Taskforce hosted an event for our charity Trustees, education and business leaders. The event was hosted by Sir Martin Sorrell CEO, WPP and speakers included Chris Keates, General Secretary of NASUWT, Robert Peston, BBC business editor and Sir Martin Rake, Chairman of BT and UKCES.
On 16 June 2010 the charity the Education and Employers Taskforce organised an evening reception for leaders from education and business. Held in the British Museum’s spectacular Great Court the event was hosted by Sir Martin Sorrell CEO, WPP. Speakers included Chris Keates, General Secretary of NASUWT, Robert Peston, the BBC’s business editor and Sir Martin Rake, Chairman of BT and UKCES.
The event marked the formal launch of the national Visit our Schools and Colleges campaign on 18-22 October 2010 and the launch of Speakers for Schools founded by BBC business editor Robert Peston and set up and run by the Education and Employers Taskforce.
