Steven is Head of Employer Partnerships at Education and Employers. In this role, Steven develops strategic collaborations with companies and organisations to enhance social mobility for young people across the UK.
Before joining Education and Employers in June 2024, Steven led youth development programmes for local government in Sydney, Australia, managing initiatives for over 12,000 young people. Steven also served as a Certified Trainer and Sales Manager at Dale Carnegie, delivering impactful training programmes internationally and developing multi-year accounts, valued over six figures to deliver bespoke learning and development solutions. With a robust background in partnership development, community building, and facilitation, Steven brings extensive expertise to the team.
In addition to his professional experience, Steven has held various leadership roles in not-for-profits such as AIESEC and Junior Chamber International and has a strong commitment to creating opportunities that inspire and empower the next generation.
